Do you have retail stores?
Mrs. Garcia’s does not operate retail outlets of its own. However, our products are available in leading supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within Metro Manila and select areas in Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.

When will my order arrive?

For Metro Manila: Orders placed before 1:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

For Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal: Orders will be delivered within 1 to 4 days after your order is placed.

You may also schedule your delivery within 7 days from the order date.
What if I’m not available to receive my package?
You may assign a representative (relative, friend, household member, or guard) to receive your package. If no one is available, your items will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that a re-delivery fee will apply.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address and mobile number during checkout.
How do I know if my order went through?
Once checkout is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email (if you provided an email address and selected email notifications).
Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we do! If stocks are insufficient on the website, please contact Ms. Juvy at 0976-534-0309 and we’ll be happy to process your order separately based on availability.
What if there’s an issue with the item I received?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return, replacement, or refund.
